Delivery

We aim to deliver your products with 7 working days unless otherwise stated. Smaller products will be shipped with Royal Mail's signed for service.  We cover the cost of the delivery because you are buying direct from us.

Where products have been ordered and they are "Out of Stock", we will contact you with the latest information on when we can get the items and your options.

We currently only deliver to the UK, please contact us directly if you are outside the UK and wish to buy any of our products.

Returns

We comply with the Online and Distance selling requirements in the UK.  You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the order is delivered. Where a product has to made custom width for your board, we will be unable to refund this part of the product.

All goods will be inspected before shipping for damage.  If you find on receipt of your product it is either damaged or has something missing, please contact us immediately and we can arrange a refund or a exchange.

We do not refund any delivery costs incurred.  For UK deliveries, we include delivery and packaging with the price of goods and is set by the size and weight of the object.  The amount stated in the description is the maximum we would hold back in the case of a refund.  For European deliveries there is an additional cost added on at checkout.

Prices included delivery are set to match retail, so whether you buy in shop or online with us, you are paying the same.

We will also offer a refund or exchange on an item of clothing that does not fit as expected.

Before returning any items, you must contact us first to get a Return Mechandise Authorisation (RMA) number, we cannot accept returned goods without this, as this allows us to track the goods and your claim.

Warranty

We will refund or replace a component on our travel bags within 1 year of purchase, should they fail through reasonable use.
